Online Learning is a method of using unsuccessful extraction results to improve documents processed in the future. If a document is not correctly extracted during production, once the Validation User corrects the unsuccessful extraction results the Online Learning server can collect the document and apply it to the project document training sets for improved results.

1) Open Kofax Total Agility - Transformation Designer

2) Open AP Invoice extraction group

3) Open 'Documents' tab and click 'Download New Samples'

4) Download New Online Learning Files to Storage folder

- For Testing: 'C:\APResources\TEST\Online Learning Files\'

- For Production:

'\\ne-wey-kofa-p01\KofaxProjects\AP Invoice (EG)\Training Documents\Extraction Set\Document\'

- Ensure you tick 'Delete from server after downloading' to avoid duplicating processing.

5) Open 'New Samples' menu, select all documents and Import Documents

6) Name new document subset 'OnlineLearning_dd.MM.yy'

7) Open 'Extraction Set' and newly Created document subset, select new documents, right click all and click 'Include for Training'

8) Go to the 'Process' tab and click the 'Extraction' button to run the Extraction training process.

9) Click Resolve Conflicts button if any conflicts occur during training

10) Follow the 'Resolve Conflicts' guide.

12) Save and release project.
