Orders are only visible in the queue and able to be considered by the PickPack process when the ReadyToFulfill flag is checked. When it comes to setup regarding ReadyToFulfill there are three options:

  1. Have ReadyToFulfill not auto set for any orders. This will mean that orders need to be manually checked from the orders review screen before they will be processed by PickPack.

  2. Have ReadyToFulfill auto set for all orders, meaning that all orders will automatically be considered for processing.

  3. Have all orders auto set ReadyToFulfill with some exceptions based on a list of exceptions. This exception list can include specific customer ID's, customer groups, state, or trade sector.

If there are any customers/groups where orders need a manual review before ReadyToFulfill is set, this is controlled by the usercode APPCustExc:

Please note, the ReadyToFulfill exception list is only considered when there is a live PickPack scheduled task setup.
