The Ali-Express inventory review dashboard allows users to monitor/maintain stock levels. It can also be used to check how much material the Ali-Express process requests. And finally, watch what stock is in transit.
To use the dashboard, search for the menu item Ali-Express Inventory Review.
You will be presented with three sections.
All parts are linked to the Ali-Express pricelist.
All parts have the same barcode as the selected pricelist linked to the drop shipment warehouse.
Any material requests or open transfers with the same barcode as the selected pricelist part.
Price List Review
The pricelist review grid section will show stock information relative to the part sold if the item is a can. You will see how many cans are available (OnHand Qty) and the current demand (Demand Qty) for the can. You will also see the configured minimum quantity, The amount in transit (InTransit Qty) and what has been requested (Request Qty) but not yet sent to the warehouse.
Material Review
The material review grid section shows all parts linked by the barcode to the SKU selected in the price list section and exists in the drop shipment warehouse. This helps you see how much stock you have of the source material to the can sold on the price list. You can review the Onhand of both the can and source cases. You can also check the demand for the can and case. It is here that you can update the minimum warehouse quantity.
Queue Review
The Queue review grid section shows all parts linked by the barcode to the SKU selected in the price list section and exists in the drop shipment warehouse.
You can see the total amount submitted to the warehouse and the transfer order number from here. A blank transfer order number would indicate the request has not yet been sent to the warehouse.
