When there is low or no stock on hand of a particular SKU, it could affect many orders.
The stock-out dashboards allow you to review orders on mass so that you can adjust all affected orders in a single step from a single place.
Opening the dashboard prompts you to select a warehouse. Only warehouses with open sales orders are listed. Highlighted orders indicate where the current demand for the stock exceeds the amount on hand.
After selecting a warehouse, the process will return all open sales order lines for that warehouse.
Select the rows you want to adjust by ticking the selected check box.
Hit save, and choose one of the options.

Move Need By Date
If you select Move Need by Date, a second prompt will appear for you to set the new need by date.
The process will provide information in the result column after completing your changes.
Closed lines will automatically disappear from the screen.
