How to assign customers to the second agency report

Customers with the second agency attribute do not appear in the main ingest report. Instead, they are sent in a dedicated report on a separate schedule.

To configure this attribute:

1) Open the Customer Maintenance screen and open the desired customer

2) Go to the attributes tab, select the desired attribute and click the right arrow.

3) Click save
