1) Click the + symbol in the top left corner.
2) Set query name and tick the 'Return Query Total' value
3) Modify any desired settings including:
Date constraints - if you want to see
Process map - if you only want to see production or test jobs
Status - if you only want to see live, suspended or completed jobs
Retrieval limit - if you want to set the number of jobs to be presented
4) Set the columns you would like to see in the query
5) Click save
