Freight charges can be automatically added to purchases orders by setting the following configuration on the suppliers manifest info.
*Note that purchase points must also be configured with the relevent manifest info.
Open Supplier Maintenance
Go to Manifest Info -> General
Go to Freight Charges
Set - Apply Freight Charges to True
Set - Freight Charge Amt - to the required value
Set - Freight Charge Part - to the required part
The part selection is filtered to Non quantity bearing parts only and will display parts that start with freight first.
If the supplier has multiple purchase points. Follow the steps above for each purchase point.
Go to Purchase Point-> Manifest Info -> General
Go to Manifest Info -> General
Go to Freight Charges
Set - Apply Freight Charges to True
Set - Freight Charge Amt - to the required value
Set - Freight Charge Part - to the required part
