If the part warehouse has a minimum quantity greater than 0, it will be used as the active minimum quantity in the inventory transfer calculation.

Tab: Part > Plants > Warehouses > Detail

If the part warehouse DOES NOT have a minimum quantity greater than 0, the part plant minimum quantity will be multiplied by the TransferMinMaxSafetyPrcOfPlant and used as the active minimum quantity in the inventory transfer calculation.
