Ali-Express Sync Alerts

When the Ali-express process is unable to create a transaction, an error alert email is sent. The process will re-try, until it succeeds. Alerts will be sent every time the process attempts to create a transactions but fails.

There are error alerts during the following processes

Order Creation Alerts

Invalid PartNum

If an Invalid partnum is referenced in the Ali-Express Store, the error will state Invalid partnum.

To fix this error.

  1. Request that the Ali-Express store manager

    1. Sets the part number in the model number in the Ali-express Store

    2. Confirms that the part number exists

Part OnHold

If the ali-express order reference's a part that is on hold, the error message will state "PartNum" is OnHold.

To fix this error.

  1. Confirm with the Ali-Express store manager that correct part number has been used, advising that it is on hold.

  2. Request that the part hold is removed.

Part InActive

If the ali-express order reference's a part that is InActive, the error message will state "PartNum" is OnHold.The WD40 part is InActive.

To fix this error.

  1. Confirm with the Ali-Express store manager that correct part number has been used, advising that it is in active.

  2. Request that the part is made active.

Shipment Creation Alert

Held awaiting review

If an order is imported from ali-express with a price that does not match the price list the order will be placed on hold.

To fix this error.

  1. Confirm that the pricelist is in-correct and needs to be updated.

  2. Remove the order from hold.

Not enough stock

If an order has been shipped in ali-express but does not have enough stock to ship in the ERP system. It is likely a job suggestion has not been completed or stock needs to be transferred.

To fix this error.

  1. Confirm what stock the warehouse has on hand.

  2. Adjust the stock to match

    1. Creating a Job

    2. Transferring Stock
