Logging into JPGAL support allows the messenger app to verify who you are so that can talk to us directly without having to answer some trivial questions and go through a triage process.
To log into support
Browse to www.jpgal.co.uk
Navigate the resources menu and select support
When prompted. Enter your username and password and hit log In
You will be immediately redirected to the support help centre
