If you encounter this error message:
Go to the order in question (in this case it would be 808792) and check to see if the "Open Release" Check box is selected.

To resolve the issue, click the "Actions" tab at the top, followed by "Order Release" - "Reopen Release" for any lines that do not have the check box selected.

Note* - You may have to Reopen the order and/or the order lines depending on how many lines the order has. You can do this by following the same process as for "Order Release" but using the "Order" and "Order Line" options.
