The Automatic RMA entry screen simplifies the manual return process by providing a single entry screen to perform all RMA type tasks.

Once the data has been entered and marked as ready to RMA. All receipts, dispositions, DMRs and credit notes will be created if required.

When integrated with the warehouse and other external systems this screen will also provide status/progress information of pending customer returns including the warehouse's assessment of the return.
