1) Go to GateKeeper Part Maintenance

(JPGAL / Automation Management / Financial Management / GateKeeper / Setup)

2) Search for the desired part

3) Go to the New menu and create a New GL Control

4) Go to the Accounting > GL Control tab and assign the GL Type and GL Control

5) Click Save
