Error Description

A free of charge item is found which does not fall within the scope for FOC rules defined.

Resolution
Ensure that the product groups second to last character falls in the following range

1,2,3,4,5,6

If the order is completely free ensure the customer has the RIVALSA flag.

Credit Notes and Cancellation Invoices are not supported. Please configure the tax manually and use the override function
