Automatic PO Receipt User Code / Parameter Configuration

All settings are associated to the PORcv User Defined Codes.

These are configured in user codes starting with 'PORcv' and are company specific.

All codes are case sensitive

Common settings changes like how to change the auto PO receipt (Purchase Order Receipt) email alerts addresses and disabling Ftp (Ftp Active) connections are found here.

Prefix that designates a header line within receipt file

Allows receipt missing parts from purchase order.

Enables performing quantity tolerance checks on individual parts.

UpLimit

The upper limit of the quantity tolerance.

DownLimit

The lower limit of the quantity tolerance.

Notes

  • Ensure that FtpRoot and FtpTarget are pointed towards a directory, with a slash at the end of the Long Description.
