There are several testing functions.
1. Testing locations / Master config changes
Update the following settings to testing locations, edit the FtpFileStr to a testing description and edit the Email Alert description to a test address.
2. Create test Order
Create a test purchase order and mark the PO as confirmed. After this has been done, go to user codes > Processing and enter "File" as the long description & the PONum as the code description to create the file.
The file will be automatically uploaded to the ftp FtpRoot detail which was changed in the PORcv config.
3. Test file import
Enter "Process" into the long description of the Processing user code to test all files in the folder location.
