The review screen can also process manually entered POD information. Manual entry can be used to either enter manual POD data or failed order data.

Order number is an essential field, it must be unique in the intermediary table and must have a corresponding Order within Epicor. Delivery date is not essential for entry. However, if it is not entered, the system is unable to check the lateness of the order.

If either POD ID, Transaction Number or ShipViaCode are left blank the entry will be considered as a Failed Order Entry. This will be used for later data analysis but none of the data will be loaded to the shipment table.

The Complete, Error and Late fields must be left blank. When the auto POD process next runs, the POD data will be processed.
