A customer uses a self-bill process where only a remittance is provided to determine the sales amounts. Kofax scans this self-bill remittance and extracts the relevant information and produces a machine-readable file.

The Automatic AR Invoice process archives this file and creates an AR Invoice record within Epicor, including both source and calculated values.
